We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been rescheduled and will now be held on:

🗓️ Date: Sunday, 20th July 2025
🕥 Time: 10:30 AM
📍 Venue: (As per earlier communication)

🔔 Note: The official AGM Notice Circular has been shared separately in the WhatsApp group.

While the Agenda remains unchanged, members are requested to take note of the following important points:

• 🎁 Attendance Lucky Draw: Only members present by 11:30 AM will be eligible. The committee has proposed to award silver coin(s) to the lucky winner(s).

• 🗳️ Election Nomination Forms: Duly filled and signed forms must be submitted no later than 13th July 2025.

• 🌟 Shining Star Applications: Entries for recognizing children's achievements must also be submitted by 13th July 2025.
