📝 Hall Booking Rules for Members

Sindhu Bhavan – Sindhi Panchayat Visakhapatnam

1. Only Life Members of Sindhi Panchayat Visakhapatnam are eligible to book the hall at concessional rates.

2. Only Pure Vegetarian Food is permitted on the premises. Non-veg, alcohol, smoking, and firecrackers are strictly prohibited.

3. Booking must be made at least 7 days in advance, along with the required advance deposit. The Hall is available from 8 am to 6 am, the next day.

4. Function timings must be strictly followed. Late vacating of premises will incur additional charges.

5. Members must ensure the hall is returned clean and undamaged. Any breakage or loss will be chargeable.

6. Use of mic, speakers, lights, etc., - Permission from relevant authorities must be obtained in advance and submitted to the Hall authorities. The same should not cause disturbance to nearby residents.

7. Cooking is allowed only on gas stoves in the designated kitchen area. Firewood and open flames are not permitted.

8. Members are responsible for maintaining decorum and discipline during events.

9. The Hall cannot be used for political or commercial purposes without prior approval of relevant/Hall authorities.

10. The Managing Committee reserves the right to inspect, approve, or cancel any booking if rules are violated.

11. Once the Hall/s is/are booked and confirmed, no request will be entertained to cancel or override the existing booking, however, subject to certain terms and conditions.
