🏛️ About Sindhi Panchayat,  Visakhapatnam

The main goal of Sindhi Panchayat Visakhapatnam is to promote and preserve the Sindhi language, literature, and culture, while fostering unity, service, and identity among Sindhis in the region.

Sindhi Panchayat, Visakhapatnam is a registered body under the relevant public trust and Society Acts. Since its inception, it has been a pillar of support for the Sindhi community in Visakhapatnam. Today, it represents a vibrant network of families and individuals across the city, actively involved in cultural, social, and spiritual development.

The activities and operations of the Panchayat are managed by an elected Managing Committee, headed by a President chosen every two years by the General Body,

• Felicitation of meritorious Sindhi students and providing financial support to those in need.

• Running a marriage bureau to help Sindhi families connect and support matrimonial alliances (proposed).

• Letting out the Sindhu Bhavan Function Hall (which includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and A/C halls) to members at affordable rates.

• Lending certain utility items to members at minimal charges for functions and gatherings.
